Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare an order before it is handed to the applicable carrier. It does not include transit time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges start at $5.95+ and may vary depending on the product, package size, destination, quantity, and applicable delivery method.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

Delivery

After an order has been processed and shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier, destination, service level, weather, and other transportation conditions.

Furniture items may require additional handling because of their size or packaging. Delivery timing may therefore vary between products and destinations.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided to the customer after shipment.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the carrier receives the package.

Delivery Issues

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us as soon as possible.

If an order arrives visibly damaged, please document the condition of the package and product and contact us promptly at hello@willowcrestliving.com.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned or requires additional delivery arrangements because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply where permitted.

Shipping Delays

Although we work to process orders promptly, carrier delays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

If a significant delay occurs, we will work with the customer and applicable carrier to determine the available resolution.

Where a shipment cannot be made within the promised timeframe, applicable consumer rights and cancellation/refund requirements will be followed.
